While we have a high success rate and an excellent track record, refurbishing a display always carries inherent risks. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to determine the full extent of the damage to your display prior to repair. In some cases, screens may fail, suffer further damage, or even become completely unusable during the process or just by removing it from the device.

We only make money when the repair is successful. However, if your screen fails during the process, you will need a new touchscreen display. We do not cover these types of failures or damages, as they are an unavoidable risk of the repair process. By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and accept this risk as the buyer.

WATER RESISTANCE: THIS REPAIR WILL NOT REGAIN YOUR DEVICE'S WATER RESISTANCE. INERDS, LLC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR WATER DAMAGE DEVICES AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THIS REPAIR.

Repair Eligibility:

To ensure a successful repair, your display must meet the following criteria:
✅ The display image and touch functionality must be fully intact.
✅ The display must be original (non-original screens are not eligible for glass-only repair).

Please do not send in devices with pre-existing damage (e.g., black spots, touch malfunctions, or dead pixels). Displays that do not meet these requirements will be returned, and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

Securely pack your device using bubble wrap or other protective materials.
Ship your display to the address provided below.

Warranty Information:

All repairs come with a LIMITED LIFETIME workmanship warranty covering cosmetic defects, such as air bubbles that may form after the repair. While rare, if bubbles appear, simply send your device back to us, and we will rework it free of charge, provided it is not cracked or otherwise damaged. Please note that bubbles are a cosmetic issue only and do not affect functionality.

For issues such as lines, black spots, or touch malfunctions that are unrelated to bubbles, we will return the display without further repair.
